Sam is a Registered Psychologist within Zed3 Specialist Centre, undertaking the clinical registrar program after completing her clinical PhD at Flinders University.
She is a thoughtful, attentive and compassionate clinician who believes that laughter is the best medicine. Sam’s expertise lies with adolescence and adults who identify as neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+, working collaboratively with each person to navigate their unique challenges in a safe and neuro-affirming manner. Sam is also experienced in working with PTSD, anxiety, depression, BPD and psychosis.
Sam utilises an individualised, trauma-informed approach to therapy by drawing from a range of therapeutic interventions and adapting session structure to best suit your needs. Sam understands the importance of meeting each person where they are at, to ensure they achieve their goals and ambitions.
Sam conducts telehealth therapy sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
She is also experienced in conducting a range of psychoeducational assessments for adults and child, such as cognitive functioning, academic achievement (including giftedness) and ADHD/ASD diagnosis.
Sam is also a Senior Clinical Claims Specialist within Zed3 Veteran Services.
