Zed3 Medical Group is a comprehensive mental health service that combines clinical excellence for all Australians, with particular expertise in trauma-informed mental health care.
With a nationwide presence, including hubs in Canberra, Adelaide, and Wagga Wagga, Australians have access to care and innovative treatments backed by research. This includes mental health services, infusion therapy, and psychiatric assessments.
At Zed3, we're guided by core values that shape every interaction, treatment decision, and innovation we pursue.
Our mental health care is delivered by people trained in approaches backed by evidence. Here's how we do it:
Our Approach: Integration with your existing support network.
Why It Matters: Mental health care doesn't happen in isolation. Zed3 works with a multi-disciplinary model of care to ensure everyone is informed, aligned, and working toward your goals. We maintain clear communication throughout your treatment journey and with Zed3's involvement, your care team becomes stronger, not more complicated.
Our Foundation: Every clinician trained in trauma-informed care.
Why It Matters: Our clinicians understand operational stress, moral injury, service culture, and the unique presentations of military-related PTSD. We recognise why veterans might struggle with authority, routine appointments, or discussing experiences. Trauma-informed care means creating safety, offering choice, building trust, and recognising strength rather than pathology.
Our Commitment: Pioneering treatments backed by research.
Why It Matters: When traditional treatments fail, people need options. Zed3 pioneered infusion therapy for treatment-resistant PTSD and depression in Australia through our ReviveMed program. We collaborate with leading universities globally on precision psychiatry research, exploring how individual genetic, biological, and psychological factors predict treatment response. Innovation isn't about chasing trends; it's about rigorous science, careful implementation, and measuring real-world outcomes for effective treatments.
“Recent data suggest that infusion treatment "might be the most important breakthrough in antidepressant treatment in decades.”

Zed3's strength lies in our people - experienced clinicians who bring both expertise and empathy to mental health care.

Zed3’s commitment to research and collaboration with leading universities ensures that Australians benefit from innovative and evidence-based treatments.
Zed3 was among the first providers in Australia to offer infusion therapy for treatment-resistant PTSD and depression. Through our ReviveMed program, we've treated hundreds of veterans who hadn't found relief through traditional approaches, using rigorous protocols, careful monitoring, and outcome measurement to refine our approach.
We collaborate with global universities on research into precision psychiatry, using biological, and psychological data to predict which treatments will work best for individual patients. This research aims to move beyond trial-and-error prescribing toward personalised, data-driven treatment selection.
Zed3 systematically tracks treatment outcomes, using data to continuously improve our clinical approaches. We believe in accountability; measuring what works, learning from what doesn't, and adapting based on evidence rather than assumption.
Our clinicians publish research, present at conferences, and contribute to the growing body of evidence on mental health treatment. By participating in the scientific conversation, we help shape best practices across the field.
