Zed3 provides specialist telehealth psychology services across Australia, connecting you with experienced psychologists via secure video consultations. Our nationwide service specialises in supporting all adult Australians seeking accessible, high quality mental health care, including veterans, ADF members, and first responders.

Telehealth psychology is professional psychological therapy delivered via secure video conferencing. Rather than attending a clinic, you connect with your psychologist from home, work, or any private location with internet access. The care you receive is equivalent to traditional face-to-face therapy, with the same clinical expertise, evidence-based approaches, and therapeutic relationship, delivered through an accessible format.
Telehealth psychology has become an integral part of mental health services across Australia, particularly valued for reaching people in rural and remote areas, supporting mobile populations like Defence personnel, and providing flexible options for those with work, family, or health barriers to attending clinic appointments.

At Zed3, both online and clinic appointments are available. Choose the option that suits your needs best.
Zed3's telehealth psychology is available to adults and older teenagers across Australia, including Australians in rural or remote areas, people unable to attend in-person sessions, and anyone seeking flexible care options. While our service is open to all, we specialise in supporting veterans, ADF members, and first responders who face unique mental health challenges.
Zed3's telehealth psychologists provide evidence-based treatment for a comprehensive range of mental health conditions and life challenges, using the same therapeutic approaches proven effective in face-to-face settings.
Telehealth psychology offers distinct advantages that make mental health care more accessible and sustainable:
Receive specialist care regardless of location, particularly valuable for rural, remote, and regional Australians who would otherwise need to travel hours for appointments.
Connect from your chosen private space without clinic waiting rooms. Schedule sessions around work, family, and life commitments more easily than traditional appointments.
ADF members, travelling workers, and others with changing locations maintain therapeutic relationships regardless of postings or relocations.
Eliminates travel time, costs, and logistical challenges that often prevent people from accessing regular psychological care.
Clinical research demonstrates telehealth psychology achieves outcomes comparable to face-to-face therapy for most conditions.
Zed3 brings specialist expertise to telehealth psychology, combining clinical excellence with genuine understanding of veteran, ADF, and first responder experiences:
All clinicians are registered psychologists with relevant experience in trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Sessions use encrypted video platforms that meet Australian privacy and security standards.
While accessible across Australia, Zed3 maintains a physical presence in Canberra for those who prefer occasional face-to-face appointments.
Our psychologists understand service-related trauma, operational stress, and the unique contexts of Defence and emergency service mental health.

Our telehealth psychology team brings together clinical expertise and compassion. Learn more about our experienced psychologists on our Meet Our Team page, featuring detailed bios and credentials.
