Emma is a Registered Psychologist who completed her Master of Professional Psychology at Macquarie University and previously completed her Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced) and Graduate Diploma of Psychology at Monash University.
She works with adults seeking greater clarity, emotional balance, and confidence in their lives. She takes a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach, creating a space where people feel safe to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what is happening for them.
Emma is passionate about helping people build self-awareness and connect with what matters most to them. She believes that when we approach ourselves with curiosity and compassion, rather than judgement, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible. Her work supports clients to better understand their inner experiences, develop practical tools, and move forward in ways that feel aligned and sustainable.
Through an integrative and evidence-based approach to therapy, Emma tailors her work to each individual’s needs and goals. She draws primarily on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), alongside mindfulness-based approaches and motivational interviewing. Her style is grounded, practical, and relational, balancing insight with action.
