Alexa Theodorou

Alexa is completing a Master's in Counselling at University of New England and has previously worked as a mental health and paediatric nurse. Currently, the research Alexa is involved in explores somatic therapy for clients experiencing trauma.Offering a calm, nonjudgmental and empathic space Alexa has experience in the domestic violence sphere with families and children as well as adults experiencing psychological and mood disorders. She has a passion for mindfulness and meditation and has experience facilitating adults, children and groups.Alexa works as a Clinical Claims Specialist within Zed3 Veteran Services
