Aimee Davies

Aimee is a registered psychotherapist and graduate of Excelsia University, and an ASCA-qualified Teacher of Speech and Communication with five years’ experience in the NSW education system. She has worked across school, university, and community settings, supporting adolescents and adults through educational, counselling, and practicum roles.

During her Master of Counselling, she completed a research paper exploring how grief can change and transform people, which deepened her interest in personal growth and finding meaning through difficult experiences.

Aimee takes a compassionate, person-centred approach, guided by curiosity and reflection, to support individuals in working towards meaningful, long-term change.
